Looking Ahead

I fully realize that Razorback football is in its annual period of dormancy (apart from recruiting efforts) at the present time. I surely wonder, however, what the newly-renovated Razorback football team schematics, player performance progressions, pecking order reordering and shuffled positional realignments will look like - and how effectively the players and the coaching cadre will be able to come together as a cohesive unit - come next September.

Yes, I’ll be excited to see the Spring “game” about two and one half months hence, - - but no realistic measure of competence evaluation can be truly assessed until the actual games begin next September, - - when the rubber actually commences to meet the road against stiff SEC competition. THEN we’ll get a true sense of the condition of our football program’s rebirth in spades.

I don’t expect miracles. I DO expect an all-out effort toward growth and betterment. I fully expect to see that effort come to fruition. I am a true Razorbacks fan, - - and will REMAIN one regardless of the posted results of this impending initial campaign in this new Chad Morris & Co. era.
