Look Ma!!! Skipper Blocks and no Holds

I would love to see the grades, but felt the OL played very well under the circumstance. Few breakdowns, but the line is still learning to play together. Skipper should get more love than FG block because he blocked otherwise very well and to me perhaps more important he had no holds. Raulerson had a senseless Hold but no game can be perfect. What a statement win for this team. Woo Pig!!!

I am impressed and happy with what I have seen in the OL improvement from game 1 to game 2. Skipper is the “Skipper” of the OL and he and the coaches evidently got a lot done this past week. I hope they continue to learn and develop. If that happens then our upside shows no real limits…

I, like many, was not real happy with the overall performance of the OL last week, but I cannot really complain this week. All I can do is let them know that what they accomplished last night was noticed and is appreciated. Yes, OL, there are a lot of us that watch what you do and you deserve our applause…
