My subscription address was updated 2 weeks ago and I paid. Any ideas why this is happening again?
Me too, but only when I’m on my iPhone.
No problems on the iPad tho.

Same thing happened to me, and I have received no response to my emails seeking help.
I’m looking into it.
We have identified the problem. A server shut down for a brief time last night, which is why the system did not recognize your logins. You should be able to access the entire site now. If you can’t, logging out and back in should fix the issue.
