These teams practice hurry up quick plays on Arkansas. Ole Miss just executed it to perfection for several plays to get the go ahead TD after the interception thrown by AA. All these SEC teams execute that HUNH against Arkansas with great results. Arkansas never executes HUNH and doesn’t defend it well to boot. You have to change with the times or get left behind.

Just sick of watching our LG missing his assignment and getting out QB killed.
[/quote]…I told you guys what would happen. Told you Told you Told you. Sooner or later you should get tired of seeing this.
Congratulations Hogs on outlasting Ole Miss and to the defense on the last Ole Miss possession. Glad Ole Miss played poorly enough for us to win, I wish I could say that it was us that capitalized on their weaknesses and forced poor offensive performance; but I don’t see it that way. But a win is a win and I take it all day long. We must find a way to play better.
Oh, I suppose you see this a quality performance that exemplified a stellar offensive game plan and a defensive effort that stopped Kelley in his tracks… Did that [Ole Miss] even look close to a team that should be ranked #12 in the nation? I suppose you think we have everything to do with all those dropped passes and missed route assignments? What game did you watch?
Positives? Oh, you want Positives?
Hatcher was clutch on fighting for had to have catches. Williams ran hard. Allen good effective decisions.
i just don’t see this team playing Ole Miss 10 times and winning more than half of them. This game still shows where improvement needed to be made and still hasn’t happened.
I don’t berate them when they lose and I don’t over inflate them when they win. They weren’t picked to win but found themselves in the win column. That deserves some congratulations. This win does a lot for confidence; but I didn’t anything about this win that let coaches, other teams or us know that there is something to be worried about that promotes us as some sleeping giant killer.
We obviously watched a different game. I saw a defense make big plays and held an offense that scored 37 against Bama, to only 30 points. I saw our D get pressure on the QB tonight. I saw our running game get back on track tonight. I saw a team that after giving up the lead, maintain composure and fight back to get the win. Something we didn’t do in the aTm game. I saw a coaching staff change up the red zone play calling to make us more efficient and get into the endzone. I saw our Oline take a few baby steps forward in cohesion. I saw our late season Hog Train pick up some steam!!! WPS!!!
