Well I know on message boards like this if you make a claim you better be able to back it up. For 30 mins I scanned the web and old articles and can’t find anything to substantiate my claim but I swear I heard it. Being over 60 you can benefit with more wisdom at the cost of memory loss!
WarHog38…much of what you say is credible in my view. The two studs,Tretola and Kirkland, are the examples of the attitude it takes to play OL. I think this bunch has two with the attitude to get it done along with the experience. Froholdt has the attitude but not the experience. Raulerson has the experience but not the attitude IMHO. So that is how I see the fracturing/cohesion situation. I think we get enough info from the reporters to be valuable. HOGS YA’LL.
Obviously the coaches see practice every day and see the OL’s strengths and weaknesses.
While we can all see Raulerson has not played great, I am not egotistical enough to think I know better than the coaches while sitting behind a computer while they actually see them every practice.
Obviously Raulerson and Froholdt are better than those playing behind him.
So to me that is a recruiting mistake, not a coaching one.
If Arkansas is going to make change, it will not announce them to Florida via the press.
Wallace may not play. That would be Jackson would start in his place.
Arkansas is 2nd in passing in 258.36, 11th in rushing at 160.38, 7th in the SEC in scoring at 30.88, 7th in total offense at 416.75 yards
You are certainly entitled to your opinion. As I have stated before, I am not egotistical enough to think my opinion is right and nobody else’s has any merit like some
But do I think he should be fired? Absolutely not.
So we simply disagree. Doesn’t make you a bad guy - even if seems you have been taking a lot of shots and me and others lately that have differing opinions.
He might have but I don’t recall it. If I remmeber right, he said he could relate to the kids and would be a good recruiter. Is there a link you can provide?
I can relate to the memory. Man, when I was in my 20’s and 30’s I never had to write things down in order to remember things. I do it all the time now that I’m 53.
