Why? Before the shenanigans before last season, Anderson won more games each year. Going nowhere, to the NIT, and then the NCAA tourney. He started with 8 scholarship players, got more of his players and made progress. Again, most of you commenting are either ignoring or selectively forgot what has happened(not related to basketball mind you) and that Anderson is effectively having to start over. If it weren’t for his good classes, it probably would have been much worse.
CMA better not get fired because nobody will hire him if they think it’s going to take 7 years for him to get anywhere.
You don’t pay a guy after 5 or 6 years millions and millions of dollars because he “says” he’ll turn things around. You might be suckered into that the first three years but after awhile it is what it is. That whole true colors thing starts coming into play.
Nobody wishes him luck more than I do but I put the success of the team and school above the coach. This guy has had a pretty fair shot if you ask me.
Hopefully we kick the h out of Missouri and start playing with fire and all get on the same page. Time is running out on talk… It’s all about production, going to class and wins to me.
