I am certain that I go against the instant gratification, show me the money mindset that many in this forum subscribe, but in my old school way of thinking, the demonstration of commitment while growing my skill set might lead to the both the better options and better long term financial situation. All this said, is the object to be a high paid coordinator or have the best head coaching opportunities? I know these are not mutually exclusive and a matter of personal evaluation, but I have to think that many ADs would be attracted to more of a finisher than a hopper.
