This is an excellent article on leadership by a couple of navy SEALS. I know Leif Babin well. The consulting team he formed after leaving the Navy has helped many large corporations.
The rationale for posting it is that CBB has often expressed the notion of co-opting ideas if it improves team outcome . I think CBB has great leadership skills and this is another resource which could enhance them.
I don’t have any contact with CBB and doubt that he reads posts from this forum. However, the moderators might bring this to his attention.
Taking note from some of the Best of the Best or even using them 1st hand for a little speech would fall in line with CBB’s work ethic.
