There was no effort to stop the field rush at the LSU game in 2014 either.

I really like our AD.

Rushing the field is dangerous. I get that. I see the reason for the rule. However, I also think it would have been more dangerous to try to stop it. When a large portion of 74,000 people want to get on the field, you need more than a stadium security force to stop them. There are times you just have to let things happen as safely as they can & hope & pray no one gets injured. Thankfully no one did. (Well, Bevo might have been hurt, but he’d been getting abused since the opening kickoff)
