WR Connor O’Toole, 6-4, 210 pounds, of Albuquerque (N.M.) La Cueva, said he spoke with Stepp last night. He made an OV to Arkansas during the season.

If Stepp stays and the Hogs want him I believe he’s a Hog.

Has scholarship offers from Arkansas, LSU, Baylor, California, Nebraska, Kansas State, Maryland, Utah, New Mexico, San Diego State

The entire staff took a lot of heat for two years, but Stepp put two receivers into the NFL, Sutton and Quinn, who are both producing for their teams this year. I wouldn’t mind if SP keeps him.
