With all the KB Talk.......

…I thought I’d look at his 2017 numbers and compare to the current SEC…ranked according to pass rating.

And Total Offense numbers.

Interesting stats to compare. He would have been 6th in total offense in the SEC with the same numbers he had in 2017. He would have been 2nd to Fitzgerald in QB rushing yards. One major stat missing in those charts for Kelly is his 11 rushing TDs. He would have been 2nd to Fitzgerald who had 12. He had 350 fewer yards than Fitzgerald, but only 1 fewer TDs. A QB who has a nose for the end zone when he’s carrying the ball, especially in the red zone, is a great weapon.

Big difference going from playing for a top 2 team in the country surrounded by talent playing against the likes of boston college and wake forest, to playing for the worst team in the SEC.

KB started his 4 games w Clemson this year…he is 16-2 as a starter. He will go through at least his 4th spring practice w somebody. He could be much improved along w being very motivated. :sunglasses:

And he will be 100% healthy.
