Wiseman question

Not trying to get off on all the side NCAA issues, amateurism or any of that, but wondering will the kid have to prove he/his family is paying the high-powered attorney? I know there is such a thing a pro-bono work, but there could be questions about whether that would constitute an added benefit or not, and since the financial damages might be difficult to establish it does not lend itself to a contingency type of agreement. I guess the lawyer could be representing the school, but it seemed he was representing the athlete.

I guess this is what can happen with idle time, one with a non-sensical mind comes up with non-sense to ponder.
