since we joined SEC. Last time I checked we were 12/14. Gonna be a long process climbing out of this hole.
Something to remember is that this was always going to be a lower ranked class due better player retention and not having many slots to fill.
Numbers play a BIG factor in the algorithms used by the various services.
Also something to remember, you log a 0 for every player under 20.
So while the class rank may be low, look at the average player grade, that gives you a better idea of the athletes we are signing.

“Sunshine Pumper”…it is what it is… a weak class…maybe we close strong. Gerald would be great! 247 shows us 14/14
Sunshine pumper?? Really?? Me?? Makes me shake my head and chuckle.
What I’m saying is simply the truth. Arkansas does not have the numbers this year because they simply don’t have the scholarships available. And that simple fact affects recruiting rankings.
You can only have 85 scholarship players.
Overall class rank is not the issue. Talent on the current roster especially when you have a small class. This class is just small and coach had 30 days to put it together.
The players need to play with heart. If we can win next year it will help recruitg. The hogs are dumped on by members of the media and especially the SEC network! Winning is all that can be don’t to improve the program.
Best recruiting tool in the industry, “WINNING”…

Why must someone who has a different opinion be labeled a “Sunshine Pumper.” You disagree, fine, but your opinion is no better than his. You don’t get to declare “it is what it is.” Your opinion is what it is. That’s all. Time will tell who is correct.
