#11 Seed Arizona advanced out of their Regional. They were hardly challenged in their three games; beat Ole Miss twice by identical 12-6 scores.
For those who like numbers, our upcoming 6/11 Seed matchup is the very same as was in the NCAA soccer tourney; that didn’t turn out so well for us. 
Well, they were behind 6-0 to Ole Miss last night, then scored 3 in the fourth, 8 in the fifth and 1 in the sixth. I’d say down 6-0 was a bit of a challenge. That OM team didn’t look like the one we swept at Bogle. Well, maybe for the last four innings they did.
Arizona is a big-time softball program. Its coach, Mike Candrea, has been there 36 years and has won eight national championships. Arizona has been in the WCWS 23 times under him, including two years ago with many of the players on this year’s team.

The first game is Friday at 6 p.m.
