Never seen a major conference have its tournament a week early. Just seems strange. Is there a reason?
They played two conference games back in the first week of December. So, I’m assuming all Big 10 teams played more games earlier in the year.
They moved it up a week to get it into Madison Square Garden. Jim Delany said this week they won’t do that again.
