To look at the forum or the articles we pay for.
Can you understand how frustrating this can be?? :x :x :x :x :x :x
You had to login today because we forced a logout for everyone. Our IT made some changes that would only take place once a logout and login had occurred.
Today, it prompted a login for web site, then I had to log in again to access the forums, then when I selected a forum topic, I had to login again and it took me to the paper web site.
If you switch devices, you log in again.
Try using your computer at home, use a computer at work and your phone and count how many times you log in.
No other site I’ve ever used requires this level of security and I even work on classified networks.
I use a password manager and it helps autofill, but it gets really old.
You are never going to be able to transfer a login from one browser to the other (i.e. your work computer to your phone). It doesn’t matter what site you use.
I have asked for the techs to keep login sessions as long as possible.
This site, like some others, requires you to login periodically. I suspect that it should not happen often, but it does happen. Other than this last forced logoff, you should not be required to reenter your credentials, just press login.
