The strength coach has been hired, Ben Sowders from Louisville. We reported it Monday and it was officially announced yesterday.

From the very small sampling of people I’ve reached out to about the new S&C coach, it’s been positive. He explained his philosophy and it was supposedly well received.
He and players are just getting to know one another.

Yeah, I hear the OL are pushing Volkswagens up Cleveland Hill
At that rate they will be pushing military humvees up Cleveland Hill next fall.
