McClure is not your typical freshman because of his past. He comes in having worked out with some of the best trainers in sports. As you said, he definitely passes the eye test. It’ll be interesting to see how well he learns the playbook and transitions to a new sport because he has the physical tools.
I had forgotten about this guy. He is a man as a freshman. Worth keeping an eye on.
I would also suspect because of his background, professional that is, he will pick up the playbook quickly. He has probably learned how to train, how to study, etc. and has the maturity and self-discipline to do so.
