Those are sold by Houndstooth. There is a free-standing store off the Fayetteville square and in the Fayetteville mall.

I bought one a couple of years ago at Baum in the store on the concourse, and I don’t think Houndstooth has any stuff there. So UA must have its own version. This one is still offered on the Hog Heaven website but they’re almost out:
