I know you can’t compare scores, especially since they have only played 1 game but…TSU did beat Ohio on the road in week 1 and Ohio beat Kansas on the road in week 2…of course Kansas would probably finish last in the Sun Belt Conference.
This might actually be a trap game for TSU, believe it or not. Next week they host Houston. Probably the first time a top 10 team has ever played in San Marcos. They might be looking ahead Seriously, go to their website and the front page barely mentions the Arkansas game.
TSU ran 98 plays in the win at Ohio. Chucked it 56 times. Of course that’s skewed by 3OTs, but they ran 13 plays in OT so that leaves 85 plays in regulation. I would say that suggests uptempo. (Ohio ran 97, so they’re not exactly slowpokes either).
