That is impressive, and at one time it was common.

They have done really well getting big time transfers and that has really helped. Several from other SEC schools. That’s a nice change. I remember a few years ago reading about the track recruits and was disappointed to read stuff like, “He was 2nd team all district and was finished 6th in the state track meet.” Literally something very close to that. No way to maintain the tradition like that.
