Wednesday's riveting Buzz segment

Talked a lot about Boyd leaving the team and then hit on Jayden Johnson, Parker Stewart and Jared Summons.

When I was talking about Boyd and how people like myself not agreeing with his decision still want to see him do well, I was referring to people who believe any disagreement comes from a dislike of the kid. Far from the truth.

I didn’t like it because I think it hurts his stock. I think Justin misunderstood what I was saying.

Seemed to me there were two separate conversations going on:

  1. You didn’t AGREE with his decision because you believe he still had opportunities (Mizzou, Bama, bowl game) to improve his draft stock.

  2. They didn’t LIKE his decision because “you finish what you start” … not be a quitter.
