They did a great job of piping in crowd noise to make the game seem very realistic without the obvious nobody in the stands, I was very impressed.
I noticed the same thing Sunday with a couple of games in New York and Chicago.
Watching baseball in an empty ballpark just doesn’t seem that odd to me because I do it so often watching offseason scrimmages. I’m happy MLB is finding a way to make this work.
I totally agree, about the only time I really notice no one’s in the stands is when home runs hit or foul ball is hit… is very doable for me, I will watch again this afternoon.
