Emeka is a transfer from Texas-Tyler, not a true walk-on. He may or may not go on scholarship next year. Since UT-Tyler is Division III, he was not on scholarship there. The walk-ons are Jonny Holmes, who we already know, and Ty Stevens, who has played one minute so far. I don’t think Jonny is going to remind anyone of Kikko Haydar, although he’s a decent shooter, and Stevens is the end of the bench guy.
