CJ Frederick was always injured at Kentucky for two years now. He needs a different school to change his luck like Catalon plus he is looking at the guards coming in the #1 recruiting class.
As far as Collins, as I mentioned in another thread, this probably means Collins thinks Dickinson is coming and he sees Dickinson, Tshiebwe and Bradshaw as too much to battle for PT.
