Dilfer CEO’s it, will let Alex make his own way. I begrudgingly support the Dilfer methodology which was imminently successful at Lipscomb. No loafing and no screwing around for his kids. His temper is legendary but that is why his assistants are necessary. He will probably be a portal wiz. Alex can contribute immensely by virtue of his Saban time. TD needs that.
