Anyone been able to confirm that we’ll be able to buy TCU tickets this weekend thru Foundation when they go on sale to general public at TCU?
Just got a response from Foundation office that our allotment was sold out.
My understanding is that we only got 3000.
That’s correct. It’s up to the conference how many tickets to allocate to the visiting team. The SEC allocates 6,000; the Big 12 allocates 3,000. It was the same in Austin in '03 and '08, and in Lubbock two years ago.
My best friend lives in Fort Worth and has degrees from Arkansas and TCU. He’s excited about this game, obviously, and said so are many TCU fans. I think Vanderbilt was the only other SEC school to come to Fort Worth. It’s a big deal when SEC teams come to your campus. I remember not grasping how much the game meant at Rutgers a few years back until we got to New Jersey.
All of that to say this is probably going to be a tough or expensive ticket, especially given TCU’s preseason ranking.
I’d thought so too, but there are a number of tickets on StubHub for at or below face value.
Can some one post sections Hog fans are going to be seated.
Folks are asking that are not on here and we can’t attend this game so I’m not sure the answer.

Hi, I actually have 2 tickets in ark section, 402, row aa. I bought from hog tkt office and actually have them posted on stubhub for under face value. Let me know if interested, my brother-in-law is tcu alum so going to sit with him and other family.
