Win it and we probably finish no worse than 8-4 with a decent shot at 9-3. That would show forward progress, keep most of the fan base happy and help recruiting. Lose this game and we probably finish 7-5 or even 6-6. That would lead to grumbling and a possibly divided fan base. Not good for recruiting.
Big game for many reasons
Beating Fla holds a lot of mojo
And gives some of our rep back after auburn beat down
I believe this is already happening.
It may be, but a win over mighty Florida would end it quickly.
Fired up, just landed at my daughters house in Dallas from Sac Ca and driving to Fayetteville tomorrow. Gonna beat them Gators

This would be happening after any loss, even if we were 7-1. Just the way it is.
Microwave society. Or internet society. Call it what you want. Patience is no longer especially valued. Instant results are. Coaches know it.
Thing is though, Bielema is a throw back. He is a very “secure” man. Comfortable in his own shoes, so to speak. Came from a great family. Small town values. All that. He is building this in a way that will last. But it doesn’t happen overnight. There have been some misses on the O-line, and that is the one area CBB HAS to be great.
All that said, I am not convinced the O-lineman on this team are without ability. They were raw. And we had to play them. That hurts for now. It won’t hurt in the long run.
A win today is the medicine the program needs. Short term.
I think Bielema is ALREADY the medicine the program needs for the long term.
