This guy is on the firing line - seeing COVID patients every day. And we are learning more every day. Much of what he has to say, we have heard before. But there is new knowledge of HOW this is transmitted most frequently - and it is good news, IMO.

The video is 57 minutes long, is homemade and there are some technical glitches. He makes some salient points based apparently on his ICU experience at the Cornell hospital. Need to tamp down the euphoria a bit but his experience in the center of hell is compelling. He is credible and uses his true name.
