was totally absurd at the moment, but with an end result that had CSU backed up inside their own five, I was thinking…ok, this might work out. There’s no way to know whether or not Kelly would have gotten the 1st down, and what would have followed if he did, but in a much more UNpredictable fashion the Hogs (both offense, but especially defense) just folded up their tents from that point forward. I expected Morris to go for it on 4th…I did not expect the team to completely unravel and show no grit the rest of the game. Blame that on the coaches or the players or both - but one stupid call by Morris should not have had this horrible outcome!
