Makhel Mitchell officially posted his plans on Instagram.
I found it. Makhel posted his transfer portal announcement today on Instagram, Makhi reposted it on his IG, radio guys picked it up as Makhi saying he was in the portal and so then multiple people posting that Makhi was in the portal when its not true. This is how rumors get going.
