Don’t know enough about this situation to know whether to have sympathy or disgust or both. Just my biased opinion but seems the collegiate sports world is being unduly influenced with money, agents/attorneys, the NCAA and the government. When your involvement is one of these things, you are likely to have an irritation. When you are dealing with two, you have a problem and more than two it is a cluster!
Fixed it for you. It’s all the way up and down. Shoe companies with AAU teams. Etc. Etc. Etc.

This situation either forces some rules on NIL’s on both sides NIL providers & recruits & managers/agents.
Or this is just the beginning of more of the same and gets worse.
