The don’t deserve to win comment was because we had blown about 4 opportunities to break the game open… nine times out of 10 you will lose that game and IMO you will deserve to lose it because you did not do the little things that it takes to win those type of games. But that’s just my opinion
Unless a terrible call by an ump or some other wholly extraneous factor makes the difference, I figure that whichever team won deserved it. We scored more runs. We deserved to win.
I probably should have said if we lose this game we will have nobody to blame but us because we would have pretty much beat ourselves. Our pitching and defense definitely deserved to win the game but the offense wasted so many opportunities that they like to lost it for us.
There were opportunities failed and opportunities rewarded. The way I see it, if you make the winning plays, you deserve to win!
Well the main thing is we won the game. Now on to LSU… hopefully we can get a couple off Superman and Hagen can be razor sharp for as long as he can throw the ball and we can pull out the victory today.
