T A&M 1-0 over MSU in game 1

only 7 inning game and why they are scary you have to take advantage of opportunities.Lacy shut them out on 3 hits

Love to see aTm win game two!
If we win at least one tomorrow we world have at least a three game on both of them. LSU needs to lose to Ole Miss also.
All we gotta do is take care of business tomorrow. Win the series and better yet, sweep!

yeah Ta&m very poor hitting team and were facing Ginn the talented FR for State so not that surprised by that but glad they pulled it out!!

An Ole Miss win tonight or tomorrow would be great for us, whether or not we’re able to complete the sweep tomorrow.

Wouldn’t mind if the Chickens win tonight either.

Yes. We need the teams behind us to split their series. A&M pulled off the big win today to even that series. Would prefer they win again tonight. Since LSU beat OM last night, I’d love OM to beat LSU tonight. For a while it looked good for SC over Vandy last night then the floodgates opened.

It would be nice for A&M to win game 2 of the double header but the more pressing game on my mind is our game against Kentucky! Win our game and take care of it ourself. Ole Miss needs to win tonight and tomorrow I hope. Maybe South Carolina can find a way to pull one game out of that series but I wouldn’t hold my breathe!

This is what i was explaining to my Hog baseball buddy earlier today. After the announcement that our game was postponed, I told him I’d be rooting for the “real” Aggies against the SEC Aggies today. He said he didn’t care, but probably disliked the real Ags more than MSU. I told him it wasn’t about who I “liked”; it was about what would be best for the Hogs.

In point of fact, I really don’t care too much for either version of the Aggies. Probably have a little more respect for the tradition of the Texas Ags, but that is being offset by my growing enmity based on this unthinkable 7 game losing streak to them in football (much of it pure luck on their part). But for BASEBALL, this season, against THIS foe - go get 'em Aggies!
