Kid’s a great kicker with a big leg, but if they have a punter capable of dropping one of those sand wedges inside the 10, I would have gone with that. Of course I don’t know if they have one.
He didn’t quite get it there. Kicked it 58 when he needed 60, and it was wide left anyway.
He’s one of the best in the country. Would have put them up by 14. I can see why they did it. But when you don’t make it it does bring into question why

Well I can’t stand Ohio State because of their cocky attitudes that I encountered going back and forth with them when we played them in the bowl game. They are about as arrogant a bunch of turds as I’ve ever been around
Suckeyes got a field goal, could have had a TD but for a great PBU in the end zone on third down. Which leaves them down 8. Right now the best they could hope for is OT.
Which is probably why Coach Khaki went for the FG. tOSU would not have kicked a field goal there down 14.
My sentiments exactly. Until the Sugar Bowl, I was generally for tOSU in this game. But there were a whole lot of jackasses in scarlet and gray in the Superdome that night.
