Yes the Hogs need a new AD and FB Coach soonest. But be careful about whats decided to soon. I would not hire Derrick Gragg as AD, Remember the old saying about jumping into a hire to fast or buying something to fast. Called “Buyers Remorse”. Once you buy it, it’s hard to get rid of. The Hogs recruits are interested more in a new Coach, that they will directly work for, not the AD.
