Arkansas had an early start on transfer portal recruiting. Other programs are starting to catch up. Arkansas is currently #2 in transfer ranking behind West Virginia. LSU is #3. Florida and South Carolina are in top 15. Tennessee will probably get in there after yesterday’s commitment.
