Is this the year we beat them? I would feel a lot better about it if the game last weekend had been closer, even in a loss.

Relative scores mean nothing. I will not be surprised if Ole Miss beats Auburn. Yet by comparing scores OM has no chance; we beat OM by 4, lost to Auburn by 53.

Florida has a very good defense, not much offense. We’re the other way around. Who knows how that will shake out? We’ll find out at 2:30 on the 5th.

[/quote]Me either, I think maybe Auburn peaked last week, but we will see. If SEC Nation is coming, they must expect Florida to win — at one time in our history — that was right where we wanted them and when we played our best. Hard to predict this Hog team and makes it hard to get excited. It would be a historical win for the program.

I disagree. The score last week was a combination of injuries and how well Auburn scouted/planned to exploit our defense and our inability to execute on offense. And my opinion is that I would have felt a lot better about our ability to beat Florida had we not played so poorly. You always remain consistent with your condescension.
