Just connecting some dots…any chance the third man is Sam Mitchell?
He recently left the Memphis staff and nothing else has been said.
He is an NBA guy which is what Muss said he wanted next.
He played under Muss’s dad in Minnesota and Coach Muss was also an assistant coach there in Minny at that time.
He recently said the staff would be completed in a day or two which kind of fits the timeline as it was just announced he wouldnt be back in Memphis a few days ago.
I kinda thought he likely was going back to the NBA and still kind of do, but connecting these dots kind of makes me wonder.
