I know that now you have 4 games and still allowed to retain your redshirt. At one time it had to be beginning of the season but now its any 4 games… at least I believe that the gist of it.
My question … If you get eligible for a bowl game does it count as one of your four games if you play in it, or is that just like a free pass.
Just saying we only have 4 games left at this point for sure and still plenty to play for at this point so I’m definitely not suggesting throwing in the towel. But does Sam pull out a few players that might give some defensive help that haven’t played to date because they were most likely redshirt candidates. Thus getting them a touch of experience and still preserving a year of their time?
