Hammonds May be done w football because of knees. Curtis being moved to rb. Guidry and Boyd to sit out spring because of surgeries. Anyone confirm, The Hammonds situation to be addressed Monday?
Joe Craddock and Jeff Traylor both were asked about Hammonds today. Craddock said Hammonds was healthy as far as he knew, and both said his status would be address by Chad Morris on Monday.
Guidry and Boyd both had shoulder surgery just after the season ended. I never expected either to be ready for the spring.
Curtis is moving to running back. Also Chase Harrell is moving to tight end.
Jeff Traylor told me the ones in his room for spring were Devwah Whaley, Rakeem Boyd, Chase Hayden and Jordan Curtis. I don’t think T.J. Hammonds will be out there in the spring. I believe his status will be evaluated later – and it could be that he doesn’t play again. I don’t think that it is quite there yet.
