Very good article.
Sums up how I feel between heart and head for this program.
I’m rooting for Mike and the program, he’s our DNA and left a good situation to come home - but that’s years ago now - but it’s not as if he can perform as a tenured Professor with doing just enough or not providing more success.
I watched Sutton and Richardson teams play with a chip. Certainly some Mike teams as well.
This team, coaches and program needs to play, recruit, coach and have top expectations with that chip on the shoulder again.
I enjoyed the column, Dudley.
Our AD, Hunter Yuracek, played college basketball for 4 years, so he understands the game. That gives me some comfort going forward. He should have a good feel for how to get this program to a level he is comfortable with. Large crowds, winning basketball and national relevance. That is what I expect. I suspect that is what Mike Anderson and Hunter Yuracek both want and expect.
