Is this the only year (due to COVID) underclassmen will be able to transfer without sitting out a year? Starting next year, are we back to graduate transfers only being able to play immediately after transferring?

The NCAA said athletes can have another year of eligibility because of the Covid pandemic. Nothing related to transfers.
The NCAA is expected to meet April 15 and pass the one-time transfer rule. That’s what all the non-grad transfer athletes are counting on for immediate eligibility.
