But I believe it is now 13 of as few as 15 spots or as many as 18 are now filled

Don’t think so, Jake . . . there’s simply been a commit or two since Dudley made that statement, IIRC . . .

I just can’t seeing Arkansas signing more than 15 Initial Counters for 2018.

I think there is two walkons who will be place on scholarships in 2018. They will need to come out of the overall 85 limit.
