Strange they would pick OM to win Sec but not the west.

My guess is that the four coaches who picked OM to win the West also voted them to win it all, while the ones who picked us divided up when picking the overall winner.

I hate OM. I hope they finish dead last in the SECW. I know that’s not likely; they’re too good. But I had to take this opportunity to say I hate OM & hope nothing good happens for their team.

OM brings back every starter so they will be loaded on offense but they will start 2 grad transfers and another one who had about a 5 era.
They lost their closer as well,so a lot of anxiety for them as well on the mound
Yes, they finished 12th in SEC ERA last year and their three best pitchers are gone… I don’t believe they will hit or field better than our lineup and we play them in Fayetteville.

I hear they like their 2 grad transfer pitchers they have a LH from Texas A&m corpus Christi who was first team All conference era of 2.25 and RH from Oregon State who made five starts Era of 3.12 so they look like they have a couple of pretty decent Starters

Yep. They probably picked them to win the SEC because they avoid Vandy, UGA and Florida from the East.
I like our chances because all of the tougher teams have to play us at home and if we’re as good as we’re supposed to be it’s going to be really really hard to win the series at Baum… We have a huge advantage this year over everybody else…we just have to take advantage of it bc next year to be just the opposite.
