Pittman said on an interview this morning

That this will be an unusual
year as teams could have 3rd string and maybe even 4th string players on the field at times.

Channel 7 only played a short blurb of the interview but I assume teams are planning to play through COVID outbreaks.

They better plan for that.

Any coaching staff that doesn’t plan for the possibility is incompetent.

I’ve heard that mentioned by more than a few coaches in interviews. Seems obvious.

Wouldn’t our 3rd and 4th teamers be walkons?

In other words, like Chad Morris.

They would not have to be walk ons. I would think cross training players is what most are doing.
