Fantastic! Great news for the Hogs. I’m so happy for Mike and his staff that the recruiting is in high gear.

Great News!

Boom! Huge news! I wasn’t expecting him this early! MA and the boys have turned the corner on the recruiting front! ghg

It was a happy flight home from
Spain for the coaching staff

Kudos to the staff and to Reggie! Big time pick up.

Huge pick-up. Arguably the best commitment since Bobby Portis. You know this pick-up is Huge when CMA tweets “Booyah” I’ve never seen him do that before lol.

The statement is off the charts great.

Kentucky needs to keep their eyes on the rear view mirror. Those objects may be closer than they appear.

Kentucky fan’s have been hoping we get back to becoming a national power for yrs…

I know Bill Ingram can get excited at times, but that is still high praise for Reggie,

Mike is bringing in some serious talent. If he gets this bus rolling this season, the recruits should stay solid, and we could have some really, really good times ahead. This is what we’ve been waiting for. Timing of it is weird, but nonetheless is awesome!!

Big news… Really Big news. I’d heard about him, but Idk he was rated so high too! I don’t expect Joe Johnson as Bill Put it, but even if he’s not Joe, anywhere in the ball park of Joe is still really good.

Really happy for Mike and his staff. Stark Contrast to 2014… 2015 recruiting classes. Now I hope we can capitalize even more with a really good year this year and a tourney appearance where we can win a game or two.

Reggie does have another year of development before he gets to the Hill. I think that plays into his words.

He made huge improvement from last year to this summer. I couldn’t believe the change until I saw him. If you takes another big jump next year, he could be scary.

I had a chance to watch him play several games this summer, but also go through a full practice.

I left that practice even more impressed with him because of his work ethic.

Great news! WPS!

The manner in which he committed, the “letter”, is one of the classiest public commitments I’ve seen in any sport. Kudos to that young man and to his family for raising what seems to be a high character and well-spoken young man. Happy he’s a Razorback.

Yeah, that was a pretty impressive letter. Normally it’s just a few sentences on the notes app on their iPhone.

I think he’ll fit well next to Gafford. Based on everything I’ve heard, he’s more of a natural 4 who works around the basket but can step out on the perimeter too and has the tools to get better at that moving forward.

If they can add Ethan Henderson, that becomes a really diverse, potentially special group when you factor in that Adrio Bailey and Brachen Hazen would be juniors when Perry and Henderson are freshmen.

The big issue in college basketball that has greatly weakened the game in the past 15 or so years could wield it’s ugly head for Arkansas fans. It’s great fun talking about lineups 2 or 3 years down the line, but what happens if Gafford has a great first season and is gone? I know this is an issue for every school, so I’m not complaining about something that may or may not happen. It’s just a terrible rule for a great game to have to endure every year. You really don’t know what players you’ll have the next season until around June. Football allows much more long term planning, and baseball at least makes the kids stay 3 years if they don’t go straight out of high school. I’m proud Bobby Portis and Michael Qualls played for the Razorbacks, but man what a blow to the program it was for them to leave a year earlier than the coaches anticipated. Basketball really needs to change the one and done rule, I don’t know what the solution is, but it has clearly made the college game less than what it was.
