I have noticed Devo either takes his headband off or puts it on after a subpar game. It is like he uses the headband to change his luck,
Last year after he got more involved in the rotation I kept track of all the times he either added or removed a headband or arm sleeve, or changed shoes in a game. It was a lot lol
