Also, The Tony Gwynn Classic is ONLY the 23-25 games … and we’re playing Arizona a couple of days before simply because we’ll be “in the neighborhood”, correct?
Those are the times that I have. I’m unsure whether they could be changed for TV purposes.
The final three games are part of the Tony Gwynn Classic. Arizona also is playing in the event, so it and Arkansas decided to travel there a couple of days early and play each other in a neutral site game. Their game technically is not part of the classic.
The only game that I know will have video is the San Diego game, which will be streamed on a website affiliated with that conference. I’ll ask about the others. I would not be surprised to see Cox Sports have a presence that weekend. Cox has a presence in Arizona and Southern California.
Secondarily . . . is it unusual for decisions about games to be made this close to the actual event? Surely the potential broadcasters know what else they have to possibly present on those dates by now.
It is not unheard of for cable networks to be making broadcast plans this close to the event. It also could be that broadcast plans have been made and not yet announced.
