CBS bought Scout earlier this year after Scout’s bankruptcy. Because CBS already owned 24/7, it was pretty much known that it was going to merge sites in markets where both were operating.

I recently dropped 24/7 because they increased their rate almost 40 percent. Sorry Otis, but you’re not that interesting.
